About Jim Gray

Jim’s first full calendar year in real estate was 2013 right after he moved back to the home town that he hadn’t lived in for over 20 years. Even though he had no sphere of influence (or marketing budget) to start with, he sold 57 homes by himself.
Over the next 6 ½ years he sold 437 homes with a small team. He became the Director of Lead Generation for the 13th largest expansion team at Keller Williams in 2017 and over the next 3 years, oversaw the lead generation activities of 60 agents, in 7 markets, in 4 states collectively selling 600 houses a year.

Along with his Director Of Lead Generation activities, Jim started coaching agents and teams professionally in 2018 and in just the last 2 years alone has consulted directly on matters of business growth and lead generation and conversion with over 2,000 realtors
from all over the country.

Fun fact about Jim (that has nothing to do with real estate): He starred in the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, Season 3, as the Yellow Alien Power Ranger. Jim believes he can still rock his Yellow tights if called upon to do so.
